GOD LOVES YOU.

LOVE; the four-letter Word that means so much; it makes us wonder sometimes what the real meaning is? It is tempting and easy to reason quickly about the word LOVE and interpret it with emotions, sentiment and lust and say it is whatever we feel at a time. So much has been said about the origin and meaning of ‘LOVE’ in our world and in our reflection of the Spiritual world.

LOVE is mirrored in a Mother with her child at her bosom, so great is a mother’s love that she will do all in her powers to care and protect her child. This mother’s love is incomparable to God’s endless LOVE for YOU. As large as God’s presence is over His World, so also is His LOVE for you in that He made you in His image and later gave His only begotten Son Yeshua (Jesus) for reconciliation with man and the redemption of man (John 3:16). God Loves you more than you know, even before you were formed in your Mother’s womb, He LOVES you.

With the experience of pain and sorrow in life the LOVE of God for you may be hard to believe. Some questions will always remain on your mind concerning God’s LOVE, especially, in despair and grieve. When living becomes so challenging and everything around you seem to fall apart, no matter how hard you try to succeed and hold on to faith believing in God; trusting things will get better, but they don’t. What unfailing Love does God have for one, that He will allow one to suffer without end in this wicked world with no care from the people around, you may ask?

Where is God’s LOVE when dear ones die and your heart breaks, when jobs are lost, when failure and disappointment is all one has encountered in the path of life and one’s experience has been more of bad times than good times; when other people appear to be more favored by God, when solutions and succor take forever to come. When people treat us with cruelty and hate while getting away with it, and succeeding in their wrongdoing; All these make you doubt the unfailing LOVE of God your father and Creator.

But what exactly is LOVE; God’s unfailing Love? How can we comprehend it and its existence? How can it be measured? Well, Love is GOD. God is LOVE. His love is Divine, of another order, His LOVE is unconditional, never falters and never fails. Even if it’s difficult to understand or comprehend in deep pain and disappointments. God LOVES you and He is always by you. Know that no matter what you may have passed through or experiencing presently in life, God’s Love for you remains the same; great, constant and unfailing. As your Creator and God, His plan for you is good notwithstanding your past or present situation.

You are created for a purpose and your destiny is in God’s hands, hard as it may be to believe during unpleasant circumstances; there is always dawn afterwards with better days, it may not come soon enough in your judgment of things, but it does come when you persevere. This is how we met life to be. For every person there is a path to specific destiny as planned by God and for each person it is good, though with different paths.

Sometimes though, our mistakes or wrong actions like that made by Jonah (Jonah 1) makes the path narrower and longer to reach sunlight and success; even so, God’s Merciful LOVE brings us back to the right path towards victory and success.

Drawing His children close through His Word is one-way God engages with His own. He spoke with Thunder during Moses’ era, then through Angels, Prophets and Yeshua; the Second Person in the Holy Trinity, generation after generation to keep man safe. Today showing His Love He continues to commune with Man’s Spirit – His Divine image in man; in a gentle non-persuasive manner respecting the FREE WILL He gave to Man.

Alas, only if you know how much more God wants to commune with you and what you stand to gain; not just Pray with request upon request and a rushed Amen; with no time to listen to His voice in your heart. How often do you approach God in communion with all you want, when you want it and how you want it done? Without considering His WILL for you on your request. God communicates His plan concerning you when He speaks within your heart, only when you listen can you hear His gentle but firm voice on how he has programmed your life. Do not go in circles like Jonah (Jonah 1: 1-17) because of your refusal to listen and trust in His constant and merciful LOVE for you.

Whatever you are going through now, good or bad God’s LOVE for you is still constant and unfailing.
